1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across two zones. Zone 1 covers Wembley and selected North-West London areas with local delivery, including HA0, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4, HA5, HA7, HA8, HA9, NW4, NW7, NW9, UB5, UB6, W5 and W13. Zone 2 covers the UK mainland, including England, Wales and Scotland, through trusted courier partners such as DPD and Evri.
2. How long does delivery take?
Zone 1 – Local Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are usually delivered within 24 hours.
Zone 2 – Nationwide Delivery: Next working day delivery may be available where possible. Standard courier delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
3. Is there a delivery charge?
Zone 1: Free delivery on orders over £35, otherwise £2.79. Zone 2: Delivery charges are based on total cart weight. Please see our Delivery Policy page for full details.
4. Are your prices similar to local Indian grocery shops?
Yes — our prices are kept in line with local Indian grocery stores. You get the same products without the journey.
